Camsport Engineering provides advanced 3D scanning services to accurately capture physical components and convert them into high-resolution digital models. These models can then be used for reverse engineering, redesign or direct manufacturing applications such as CNC machining and 3D printing.
Our work spans a wide range of high-performance and precision engineering applications, including Formula 1 components, composite bodywork and complete vehicle scanning for aftermarket customisation. We also specialise in scanning undamaged mating or opposite-side components to support repair, replication and replacement programmes. Additional projects have included the development of components and bespoke fabrication jigs for legacy parts no longer in production.
We offer a flexible and scalable service depending on project requirements. On-site 3D scanning is available for large-scale assemblies, tight tolerances or sensitive installations, and we provide a fast, cost-effective turnaround service via secure courier for smaller components and standalone parts.
